I'm glad I picked up this series. It's not too heavily Christian fiction, and has all the action and romance to propel the story along. With this book, I felt like Bella and Luke fought a lot more, which usually was fine because they were kind of flirting as they did so (which still happened in this book) but I also didn't like the fighting as much because now that they're in a relationship, I didn't think it was as healthy, if that makes sense. The bad guys aren't high school students in this book, which I thought was both a good thing and a bad thing. On one hand, it made the "bad guy" stuff more realistic and threatening, but it also took some of the fun out of the mystery for me.
