The Mislaid Magician or Ten Years After
I still say the first one is the best - perhaps because it has the love stories, while the others only have the action. This book has a rather complicated plot line with a lot of different characters that were hard for me to keep straight. So many of the names were similar, and because they all talk and act in a similar fashion, it got confusing, especially at the end, when everything was explained.
